SOYTZOYK LOYKOYM has its own “secret” recipe, so that it is smooth and soft in texture, sweet in taste and musky, with the nut, must and powdered sugar added at the end.

It is a traditional Arabic dessert, made with a thin dumpling-like dough or else with fine semolina dough, soaked in sweet sugar syrup and usually layered with cheese or other ingredients, such as heavy cream or nuts, depending on the region.
